Summary
Includem are a Scottish youth support charity that works with young people and families to help them transform their lives. We see a world where every child and young person is respected, valued, and has the opportunity to actively participate in all aspects of society.
Young people come to us when they need someone to talk to, for practical help, or sometimes just someone to listen. We help with their court case. We help them with their mental health and wellbeing. We help them talk to their parent or guardian and their family. We help them talk to their teachers and social work. We work with young people when they need it most and we never give up.
We work with social services, schools and criminal justice services to identify which young people could benefit from our support. We engage with the young person and their family or carer to develop a package of support, tailored to their specific needs.
Our support is truly unique to each individual. There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to helping children, young people and families to achieve positive outcomes.
