Summary

Provides support to young carers through: information and advice; 1-1 support; a break from caring roles; outings; groupwork and activities; and someone to listen to problems.
Also provides a service dedicated to supporting young adult carers (age 15 plus). This service aims to support young adults who are making the transition from young carer to young adult carer, offering emotional and practical support as well as advice on financial matters.
