    Cerebral Palsy Scotland

    Cerebral Palsay Scotland supports adults and children with cerebral palsy. They have a team of specialised physiotherapists, occupational therapists and a speech and language therapist that work together at our centre in Glasgow to provide therapy for children and adults with cerebral palsy, through the implementation of the Bobath therapy concept. They also run groups for all ages and stages, outreach therapy, an annual conference, and the Cerebral Palsy Scotland online knowledge bank.

    Childrens Hospice Association Scotland

    CHAS is a charity that provides the hospice services in Scotland for children and young people who have life-shortening conditions for which there is no known cure. CHAS runs two children’s hospices, Rachel House in Kinross and Robin House in Balloch, and a home care service called CHAS at Home.

    Contact - the charity for families with disabled children Supports families with the best possible guidance and information. Brings families together to support each other. Contact can provide advice for parent carers by calling the free confidential helpline and help them source the right information through parent guides, local office and on-line information including the Transition resource Talking about Tomorrow Contact also help families campaign, volunteer and fundraise to improve life for themselves and others.

    Diabetes UK Scotland Careline

    The careline provides specialist information and advice on all aspects of living with diabetes. Advisers are available to answer queries, provide support or just to talk to someone who knows diabetes.
