    Childline

    You can contact Childline about anything. Whatever your worry, it's better out than in. We're here to support you. There are lots of different ways to speak to a Childline counsellor or get support from other young people. We're here for you, whatever's on your mind. We'll support you. Guide you. Help you make decisions that are right for you. Our tips and techniques, ideas and inspiration, can help you feel more in control. And you can access them in your own time, at your own pace!

    Childrens Hospice Association Scotland

    CHAS is a charity that provides the hospice services in Scotland for children and young people who have life-shortening conditions for which there is no known cure. CHAS runs two children’s hospices, Rachel House in Kinross and Robin House in Balloch, and a home care service called CHAS at Home.

    Circles Network – Advocacy in Fife – Kirkcaldy Office

    Advocacy in Fife provides support to people aged 16 or over and living in Fife with: mental health issues, learning disability, personality disorder, physical impairment acquired brain injury, dementia, autism and chronic illness. They also provide support for children under 16 years who are subject to compulsory measures under the Mental Health (Care & Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.

    Connecting Carers

    At Connecting Carers we work with unpaid adult and young carers every day and have learned a great deal from them. We use this knowledge, and our position as the Highland Carer Centre, to ensure that unpaid carers in Highland are not caring alone, that they are acknowledged and supported and that they have access to the information they need to enable them to carry out their caring role.   Drop In Open: 10.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Friday

    Contact - the charity for families with disabled children Supports families with the best possible guidance and information. Brings families together to support each other. Contact can provide advice for parent carers by calling the free confidential helpline and help them source the right information through parent guides, local office and on-line information including the Transition resource Talking about Tomorrow www.talkingabouttomorrow.org.uk Contact also help families campaign, volunteer and fundraise to improve life for themselves and others.
