Forth Valley Advocacy
Provides a free professional independent advocacy service to people who meet the eligibility criteria.
Offers short-term, issues based, outcomes focused, professional independent advocacy support to people over 16 who have: a learning disability; a mental health problem; an acquired brain injury; Autism and Dementia .
And are actively subject to action under any of the following three pieces of legislation only:-
The Mental Health (Scotland) Act
The Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act
The Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act
They also work with young people under 16 years of age who are subject to action under the Mental Health (Scotland) Act.

Provides assessment and intervention for children and young people with mental health difficulties up to their 18th birthday and their families. Every school should have a named contact for specialist children and adolescent mental health services.
