- different types of support learners might receive
- who might be involved in providing support
- your responsibilities to support learners’ wellbeing.

About MarkMark is a Senior Advice and Information Officer supporting the delivery and development of Enquire’s advice and information including our helpline, website and outreach programme. Mark has supported children and young people who face challenges to their learning as a mentor and a children’s panel member. He has a Scots law degree and previously worked in a range of roles with Citizens Advice Scotland, including as an In-Court Adviser.
