When speaking to one of our advisers, we will have around 30 minutes to chat with you.
Our adviser will introduce themselves and check that you are looking for advice about a child’s education in Scotland.
We will ask you to explain why you have contacted us today and we will listen to your concerns. Our adviser may need to ask you a few questions to help us understand your situation and offer you the best advice we can. This should take about 5 to 10 minutes.
Then we will explain children’s rights to additional support for learning, before we focus on what you can do next to move things forwards.
