We are working hard to reopen our telephone helpline and will update this page as soon as we can take calls again.
We know that many of you will have questions about how the changes in law and school closures will affect your child’s education and additional support during the coronavirus outbreak. We may not be able to answer all your questions straight away, but we will do our best to find the answers for you.
You can also visit the ‘Coronavirus and additional support for learning‘ section of our website for the latest updates on how the changes in law during the outbreak affect the education of children and young people with additional support needs.
We are only able to respond to enquiries that are about the education of children with additional support needs. For general information or advice about coronavirus, the NHS Inform and Scottish Government websites are the most up to date and important places to look.
If you are a pupil you can visit our Reach website which has lots of information to help if you are worried about school.
To find out about how we collect, use and store your personal information, you can read our helpline privacy statement.
