Arthritis Care Scotland

Overview

Arthritis Care Scotland provide support to 10 – 25 year olds with arthritis or related joint conditions via two projects. One called Take Control for 10 – 18 year olds and one called Joint Potential for 16 – 25 year olds. Both offer completely free workshops and residential events which help young people to manage their condition better and build confidence and resilience. Information sessions for schools called Arthritis Awareness are also provided. Arthritis Care runs a specialist helpline and information line for children and young people living with arthritis and their parents and carers. The free helpline number is 0808 808 2000.
