Home Link Team – South Ayrshire

Home Link Workers may support parents/carers/ children and schools when there are issues which are affecting the child’s ability to cope. Type of support varies according to need but may involve home visits, supporting parents to improve communication with school, individual or group work with children/young people in school or in the community and putting parents/carers in touch with other support services. Intensive Support Teaching Team – South Ayrshire
