Our helpline staff will listen to your concerns, explain your child’s rights to additional support and provide advice about working with your child’s school. We are not able to provide advocacy services (e.g. speak to other professionals on your behalf) but we can give you details of organisations that do.
The helpline is open Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 4:30pm.
If you call out of hours please leave your contact details and we’ll return your call within two working days.
If you contact us using the online enquiry form or by email, we will acknowledge your enquiry on the first working day and we will send you a response within three working days.
